DCN at Council for European Studies (CES) Conference

From 16-18 June, University College Dublin (UCD) hosted the annual Council for European Studies Conference. Edoardo Celeste and  Victor Henriquez Diaz represented the Digital Constitutionalism Network (DCN) across several panels and roundtables.

Dr. Edoardo Celeste chaired the roundtable, “Dealing with Rule of Law Crises in the European Union: Challenges from a Comparative Federalism Perspective” and served as discussant for two recent books, i.e. “Big Tech and EU Law” by Elaine Fahey and “Dealing with the Rule of Law Crises in the European Union: Challenges from a Comparative Federalism Perspective” by Niels Kirst.

Together with Victor Henriquez Diaz, he also presented their paper “Sustainable Digital Sovereignty? Analysing EU Strategic Partnerships for Critical Raw Materials”, which builds on Victor’s doctoral research.
