Erasmus+ Blended-Intensive Program: Digital Constitutionalism and Digital Sovereignty
May 26 - May 30
2025 BIP | 26-30 May 2025, Salerno
We are excited to announce that the next edition of the Digital Constitutionalism Teaching Partnership’s Erasmus+ Blended-Intensive Program (BIP) is planned for late May 2025 and will be hosted by the University of Salerno. Held alongside the 9th GIG-ARTS Conference, this year’s BIP focuses on the theme “Digital Constitutionalism and Digital Sovereignty: Navigating Power and Rights in the Digital Age”.
The program, organised by the Digital Constitutionalism Network, examines the impact of digital sovereignty policies on fundamental rights and citizenship. The BIP will equip students with the skills to critically analyse digital policies. A key benefit of the program is the opportunity to engage with industry experts through participation in international events.
Additionally, through face-to-face lectures and event participation, the BIP will provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the topics covered, while also helping them develop valuable soft skills, including public speaking, teamwork, and writing policy briefs.
Where? The program will take place in person at the University of Salerno’s Department of Management and Innovation Systems – Internet and Communication Policy Center (ICPC) and is coordinated by Mauro Santaniello in collaboration with four other European universities.
