SISP 2025 Panel on EU Cybersecurity Governance

The 2025 Annual Conference of the Società Italiana di Scienza Politica (SISP) will take place in Naples, Italy, from 4–6 September 2025.
As part of the section “Digitalization: Normative and Empirical Challenges for Political Science,” members of the DCU Law and Tech Research Cluster are organising the panel:
“Institutionalizing Cybersecurity in the European Union: A Distinctive Approach?”
This panel will examine the evolution of cybersecurity governance within the EU, exploring legal, institutional, strategic and normative dimensions. Contributions will address topics such as digital sovereignty, multi-level governance, cyber diplomacy and the regulation of emerging technologies.
